Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled mediation session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Within 72 Hours
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled mediation session are eligible for a 50% refund, if the session is not rescheduled.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their mediation session at no additional charge. If the session is rescheduled, no refund will be issued.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled mediation session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
