Fees

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): $925 per party
  • Full Day (up to 8 hours): $1850 per party
  • Batch Mediations: Negotiable based on number of cases and parties
  • Payment via check is standard, but other arrangements can be discussed if needed.

How the Process Works

Step 01

Book a time online through the scheduling calendar

Step 02

Receive a DocuSign request for the retainer/consent to mediate

Step 03

Attend mediation via Zoom or request an in-person session

Step 04

If settlement is reached, sign the settlement agreement electronically
